There is no real pattern to our customer base. We have helped first time buyers, overseas buyers, NHS staff, retired people, professionals, sportspeople, civil servants etc. In reality, anyone buying a property who wants to attain the lowest possible price, and who would prefer not to have to deal with the seller or their estate agent to negotiate, submit offers and ultimately agree the most favourable price.

Our uniqueness is that other companies offering assistance with property negotiation, will offer this alongside other services they provide eg mortgages, a property search or the so called ‘handhold’ service. Those benefitting from our property negotiation service are getting our full attention and expertise on that one vitally important aspect of the buying process.

Naturally, in many cases we end up recommending partners on other aspects such as the survey or conveyancing, and we do stay in touch with all relevant parties from the moment we are instructed until your property is purchased. But, our focus on negotiating you the best possible price remains throughout. This can also sometimes involve a secondary negotiation following a survey of the property.
