We can then arrange property viewings for you if visiting is your preference. Alternatively, we can view and assess the property before recommending to you. We can also arrange a live viewing on video call to further save you the need for travel or at least until a property or a shortlist of properties has been identified.
Once the right property has been found, we will deal with the estate agents and negotiate the best price. We can also introduce solicitors and surveyors to you and liaise with them throughout the process if you wish. Our communication is second to none and you will be updated throughout as to how the purchase is progressing.
